Yesterday was day 1 of my second week of Core de Force -- Beachbody's newest program centered all around MMA fighting and dynamic moves.
I am officially done with T25!
I think I've talked more about this program than any other one I've done. Maybe it's because this is the greatest commitment I've ever felt. Could be because it's the longest-length of time (but not in workout time!!) -- 14 weeks of WORK!
Could be because I love it just so much.
Hey, hi, hello!
I've been looking for a way to break my accidental blog hiatus and this amazing recipe seems like a good way to do it. I found this recipe on the Beachbody blog and thought it sounded yummy, but given my um, love-hate relationship with vanilla Shakeo--like, can't even really stand the smell--I really wasn't sure how it'd turn out.
Spoiler alert: I love them.
But one of the biggest adjustments I had to go through from high school to college was studying for finals. I can't lie, high school was easy for me and I made the mistake of not studying for AP Exams (don't do what I did, kids; your parents pay for that ish). So I thought I'd round up some of the things I keep in mind during this point in the semester.
These are always my favorite posts to write. Probably because it means I get to read articles and call it productivity.
14 Things I Wish I Knew Before My College Graduation
You’ve picked out the perfect sundress to wear under your gown. You’ve decorated your cap. You splurged an insane amount of money on a fancy frame for your diploma. It’s official. You’re graduating!
My friend Laura and I were chatting the other day about how important meal planning and prep is to us now that we've realized how much time and money it saves us! At the same time, I hear "I don't know how"/"it's too much work"/"I could never do that!" from people all the time...so I figured I'd pop over and share my biggest tips on making this work! It definitely takes some practice and a fair amount of work one afternoon a week, but let me tell you: w o r t h it.
