Confession: I don't love the name of this program. The "Hammer and Chisel" bit makes me a bit uncomfortable. So from here on out, I'll be calling it H&C. Cool? Cool.
I'm starting H&C on Monday so I wanted to go ahead and start prepping today. Hopefully it'll take away some of the overwhelm that comes with the first day of classes (which are also on Monday).
I also accidentally sent the package to my apartment instead of my house so I had to wait until I was back in Chapel Hill to even open it. I'm so pumped.

For at least the first month, I'm going to be following the vegetarian container plan from the 21 Day Fix. I've realized that it's easy for me to fall into eating traps, where I just have the same thing every day (I'm a creature of habit after all) and I'm ready to mix things up a little. I also suspect that I was eating more meat-based protein than my body needs, so I'm curious to see how it'll respond! Technically the food lists are not the same between the two programs but idc.
